Recovery measure is the total number of HAZMAT cases on or adjacent to federal waterways with an assessment complete divided by the total number of HAZMAT cases opened. Restoration: Percent of HAZMAT incidents closed. Restoration measure is the total number of HAZMAT cases on or adjacent to federal waterways that have been closed (i.e., no longer a threat to public health and the environment) divided by the total number of HAZMAT cases opened. | |
