COAST GUARD ASSISTS IN SEARCH FOR 18 YEAR-OLD SWIMMER | |
| HOUSTON - The Coast Guard assisted the Galveston and Dickinson Police Departments in the search for an 18 year-old man who had gone missing in the waters of Dickinson Bayou, Texas, Saturday evening.
The Galveston Police Department called Coast Guard Sector Houston for assistance at 6:46 p.m. The air station launched an HH-65 Dolphin helicopter to conduct shoreline searches. Coast Guard Station Galveston also dispatched a 21-foot rescue boat to conduct shoreline searches. The seach is still ongoing. ### | |
