SECOND VICTIM FOUND IN GALVESTON BAY

HOUSTON - At 9:30 a.m. this morning, a second victim was located by a Coast Guard helicopter rescue crew.

The Air Station Houston crew spotted the male victim in the same general location where Martha Harris was found.  Texas Parks & Wildlife had a boat on scene and was transferring the victim to shore. 

Official identification by the Jefferson County Medical Examiner is pending.
