In this photo released by the U.S. Coast Guard, Coast Guard Capt. Thomas Hastings, left, and Cmdr. Edward Cubanski inspect members attached to Coast Guard Air Station New Orleans as part of the change-of-command ceremony held there, today.

Cubanski, who was previously the executive officer of Air Station Atlantic City, replaces Hastings as the commanding officer of Air Station New Orleans.
