In these photos released by the U.S. Coast Guard, the towing vessel, Cheryl Stegbauer, pushing eight barges carrying rocks sits outside the channel of Black Bay, after it allided with the Popps Ferry Bridge in Biloxi, Miss., Friday, March 20, 2009, which resulted in 150-foot section of the bridge collapsing into the bay.
